Lovingkindness meditation for yourself:

‘Two thoughts cannot coexist at once: if the clear light of mindfulness is present, there is no room for mental twilight.’ - Nyanaponika There

Think about who you want to be and practice being that person.  This is not about changing your essence, it is about adding to the repertoire of who you already are.

Rehearse worst-case scenarios and they lose their power over you. Practice what you fear and ask all the while: “Is this the condition I so feared?” - Tim Ferriss

Nancy is available for speaking engagements on a variety of subjects such as
Stepfamily Issues,
Process Communication Model, and various psychological topics.
The Process Therapy Model™ (PTM), is the clinical methodology derived from Dr. Taibi Kahler's research and is used only by licensed therapists. Because it is grounded in process, clinicians can use PTM in conjunction with the therapeutic approach they otherwise prefer.  (http://www.kahlercommunications.com/)
